Breath as Foundation is a gentle, educational, and experiential offering designed to support regulation, clarity, and embodied stability through conscious breathing practices. This work begins with the physical body and invites a deeper sense of presence, safety, and resilience to emerge from within.
This offering is non-denominational, trauma-aware, and accessible to people from all backgrounds.
No prior experience with breathwork, meditation, or somatic practices is required.​
